James D. is currently the Social Action Officer at Society Matters CIC, where they are dedicated to improving workplace environments and addressing in-work poverty through strategic collaborations with employers. Their experience includes roles as Director of Operations at both Black Storm Brewery and The Village Pub & Kitchen, where they enhanced operations and marketing efforts. Previously, they held positions in digital media sales and casework, demonstrating a strong commitment to address financial wellbeing and social welfare issues. James is also pursuing studies at the University of Oxford.
