Mandeep Rupra

Mandeep Rupra is a seasoned equity, diversity, and inclusion change agent with over 20 years of experience in consultant, leadership, and management roles within complex, values-driven environments. They have served as the Director of Equity & Culture at Citizens Advice since 2023 and previously held various significant positions, including the Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Citizens Advice and the Race Equity and Inclusion Manager for the National Union of Students. Mandeep's impactful work includes leading a high-profile change program to address institutional racism, which earned widespread recognition. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Race and Ethnic Studies from the University of Warwick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
