Marcel Kucharski

Marcel Kucharski is currently a Crime Paralegal at James Murray Solicitors as of May 2024. Previously, Marcel participated as a finalist in the Mooting Competition Finals at UKSupremeCourt in April 2024 and was a Law School Peer Mentor at Liverpool John Moores University from September 2023 to April 2024. Additionally, Marcel volunteered with Support Through Court during the same period, engaged in mooting as a finalist at Oriel Chambers from November 2023 to March 2024, and completed mini-pupillages at Atlantic Chambers focusing on Civil Law and Family Law in February and October 2023, respectively. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Ettinger & Vickers Solicitors from October 2022 to September 2023 and a mini-pupillage in Criminal Law at Liverpool Crown Court in June 2023. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Liverpool John Moores University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and is currently pursuing an LPC LLM at the same institution.
