Chad Kabes

Chad Kabes has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industry. Chad worked as a Vice President and Loan Officer at Citizens Alliance Bank, where they managed a $39 million loan portfolio and handled various lending responsibilities. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at Security State Bank of Howard Lake, where they also managed a profitable $19 million loan portfolio. Chad has experience in real estate transactions as a Real Estate Agent at Independent Brokers Realty LLC, where they advised clients throughout the process and coordinated all aspects of the transactions. Chad also has prior experience as a Collection Representative at Preferred Credit, Inc.

Chad Kabes obtained an Associate in Arts (AA) degree from Ridgewater College from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, Chad completed their Real Estate Salesperson's License from Kaplan Real Estate.
