Nikki Forstrom

Nikki Forstrom has over a decade of experience in the banking and veterinary sectors, currently serving as the Training Manager at Citizens Alliance Bank since September 2013. With a focus on operations training, Nikki has held various positions within the bank, including Training Supervisor, Operations Training Specialist, Personal Banker, and Internal Auditor, and contributed to the bank's commitment to serving consumer and commercial customers, particularly in Ag and Small Business Lending. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician at Crow River Veterinary Hospital. Education includes studies at Ridgewater College and the University of Minnesota.
