Courtnie Young has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Courtnie currently serves as the Vice President & Branch Manager at Citizens Bank, where Courtnie is responsible for coordinating branch operations procedures and system enhancements. Prior to this, Courtnie held various managerial roles at MBank and West Coast Bank, gaining experience in customer service, training, and daily branch operations. Courtnie began their career as a Vault Teller at US Bank and is a graduate of David Douglas High School.
