Prior to this, Caleb held various roles in the financial industry including Branch Manager at Springleaf Financial Services. Caleb has a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a degree in Business Finance from East Central University.
