Brett Engelking has extensive work experience in the banking and real estate industries. Brett started their career as an Assistant Planner/Zoning Administrator at the Village of Pleasant Prairie in 1994. Brett then worked as a Senior Land Use Specialist at Waukesha County, where they administered zoning and planning ordinances and provided planning services for several towns in the county. In 2000, they joined Yaggy Colby Associates as a Community Development Specialist, where they managed subdivision design and entitlement projects and served as the Town Planner for the Town of Genesee. In 2001, they became the Director of Land Development at Bielinski Homes, responsible for land development projects. In 2007, they joined THE National Bank f/k/a First Wisconsin Bank & Trust as a Vice President in Commercial Lending, specializing in commercial real estate lending. Brett then moved to Citizens Bank - WI, where they held roles including Vice President - Commercial Loans, providing loan underwriting and portfolio management, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Business Banking Manager.

Brett Engelking's education history includes their enrollment at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2017 to 2019.
