During their time at Citizens Bank, Timothy progressed through different positions, including Assistant Retail Manager, Lending Assistant, and Mortgage Loan Processor. In 2018, they also took on the role of Owner at MAC Games, where they were responsible for managing the business until 2021. Additionally, Timothy had a brief stint at American Eagle Outfitters in 2014, where they served as a Sales Lead/Keyholder, demonstrating their leadership skills and ability to make important decisions. Currently, they work at Citizens Bank as a Digital Content Strategist, a position they have held since 2022. Timothy's work experience showcases their adaptability, strong customer service skills, and expertise in the banking and retail industries.
