Scott Rhodes

Scott Rhodes is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Software Group Leader at Citizens M&A Advisory since 2016, Scott has played a pivotal role in guiding middle-market clients. Previously, Scott was a Managing Director and Software Practice Leader at Bowstring Advisors, contributing to its operations prior to its acquisition by Citizens Bank in 2019. Scott's expertise in corporate development was further honed at Equifax, where responsibilities included executing strategic acquisitions aimed at driving revenue growth.
