Carol Fisler

Carol Fisler is an experienced professional in justice and mental health collaborations, currently serving as Board President for MONICA BILL BARNES & COMPANY and NYS Co-coordinator for Citizens' Climate Lobby. Carol Fisler also runs a consulting practice focused on justice and mental health initiatives. Previously, Carol Fisler was the Director of Mental Health Court Programs at the Center for Court Innovation, where responsibilities included planning and managing collaborations and providing training to justice reformers nationwide. Carol Fisler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law degree from Stanford Law School.
