"Community"​ is our middle name and our staff takes our involvement in the community very seriously. 

Much of our staff are on the board of directors or presidencies of the following organizations: Aid For Friends, Bannock County Development, Boy Scouts of America, Builders Assoc., CASA, Chamber of Commerce of Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Rexburg, Chubbuck Lions Club, Civitan, Kiwanis, Idaho Food Bank, ISU Foundation, I Love ISU, Leadership Pocatello, Old Town Pocatello, Pocatello School District, Pocatello Zoo, and United Way. Most of our employees are also volunteers in their church organizations, Paintfest, Portneuf Greenway and Valley Pride.
