Anthony (Andy) Ferrer, CLSSGB has extensive work experience in operations and service delivery roles within various companies. Anthony (Andy) is currently working as the Director of Outsource Partner Operations at Citizens Disability since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Service Delivery Lead at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms from July 2019 to December 2020. Anthony (Andy) also worked as the Manager of Service Delivery at Genpact from February 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they held the position of Operations Manager at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms from February 2014 to February 2017. Their earlier professional experience includes working as an Operations Manager at PacificHub Corporation from February 2012 to December 2013.

Anthony (Andy) Ferrer, CLSSGB has a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Marketing from Far Eastern University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. In 2018, they enrolled at AMA University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology.
