Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is an experienced engineering project manager at Citizens Energy Group, where employment commenced in January 2022. Previously, Paul served as the group leader for environmental services at American Structurepoint, Inc. from September 2004 to January 2022, and as a senior hydrologist at Indianapolis Water Co. from June 1997 to April 2004. Earlier roles include chief of the drinking water branch at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and geologist at the US Environmental Protection Agency from September 1991 to July 1996. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Geology and a Bachelor of Science in Geology, both from Indiana State University, along with a high school diploma from North Newton High School.
