Philip Zbojniewicz has over 30 years of work experience in various accounting and financial roles. Philip began their career as an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand in 1986. Philip then worked at McDonald's as an Accounting Manager, where they supervised multiple teams and conducted financial analyses. In 1996, they joined Eli Lilly as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Department Head, overseeing the fixed asset life cycle process and implementing cost-saving measures. Philip later held executive positions at Spectrum Brands, Volvo Trucks, and Stanley Black & Decker, where they managed financial reporting, prepared financial statements, and led accounting functions. Since 2015, Philip has been working as the Director of Accounting Services at Citizens Energy Group, where they are responsible for directing centralized accounting operations and managing external auditors. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, financial analysis, and process improvement skills.
Philip Zbojniewicz attended Michigan State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. After completing their degree, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing) from the State of Michigan in October 1988.
