Tamiko Kendrick

Tamiko Kendrick has extensive work experience in diversity, inclusion, and talent management. Tamiko began their career at Citizens Energy Group in 1999, where they held various roles including Diversity and Employee Communications Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Management. In addition to their work at Citizens Energy Group, Tamiko has been involved in various committees and organizations focused on diversity and inclusion, including IndySHRM, HR Indiana SHRM, and the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana. Tamiko has demonstrated leadership as the Past President of the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana and as the Diversity Director at HR Indiana SHRM. Tamiko Kendrick's career has been dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Tamiko Kendrick has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Oakland City University. Tamiko is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Anderson University, with their final coursework pending.
