Akshay Doshi

Akshay Doshi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development, particularly in Salesforce solutions. As a Principal Architect and VP at Citizens since June 2021, Akshay leads architectural initiatives and strategic projects. Previously, Akshay held the position of Sr. Applications Architect at MAPFRE from May 2017 to June 2021, and served as the Salesforce Technical Lead and Architect at Accenture from April 2015 to May 2017. Akshay's career also includes roles as a Consultant in CRM at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a Senior Software Engineer at Akraya Inc, along with a foundational role as Senior Developer at Alpha Analytics Services. Akshay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, completed in 2006.
