Alicia Cabrera

Alicia Cabrera has a diverse background in both financial services and retail management, currently serving as Fraud Operations Team Leader at Citizens since August 2021, where Alicia has also held roles as Fraud Operations Lead and Fraud Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Loan Counselor at PHEAA from December 2018 to July 2021, and prior to that, Alicia worked at Highmark Inc. as a Provider Services Representative.
