David Greenwood

David Greenwood is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and consulting. Currently serving as VP Principal Service Management Specialist at Citizens Bank, David oversees daily operations of Endpoint Device depots, enhances efficiency and quality, and leads a team of analysts and technicians. As an IT Consultant for DaveG Consulting and a Reserve Deputy Sheriff at the Plymouth County Sheriff Department, David provides technology advisory services and actively participates in community service. Previously, David held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, managing technology support for thousands of users and leading significant IT projects, including disaster recovery efforts during critical events. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an Associate's degree from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
