Tom Pfeiffer

Tom Pfeiffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial auditing, consulting, and sustainability management. Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg and as a Board Member and Director of the Standard & Qualification Committee at EFPA Luxembourg ASBL, Tom also holds independent director roles at PROgroup S.A. and Triple Line Advisory. Tom's background includes over 21 years as a Partner and Sustainability Services Leader at Deloitte, as well as ownership of PKF ABAX Audit. Tom's academic credentials include certifications from INSEAD, the University of Cambridge, and education at Haute Ecole 'Groupe ICHEC - ISC Saint-Louis - ISFSC' in Brussels. Fluent in multiple languages, Tom is actively involved in sustainability strategy initiatives and has transitioned from a financial auditor to focusing on independent directorship and advisory roles.
