Dawn Tully is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering and information risk management, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering and Head of Business Support for Consumer Banking Technology at Citizens Bank. Additionally, Dawn has held the position of SVP - Head of Onshore IT Risk and SVP - Information Risk Management at Citizens Financial Group, along with VP - Information Risk Management at Citizens Bank. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bank Examiner at the Division of Banks and as Plan Administrator at Putnam Investments. Dawn Tully earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Plymouth State University between 1992 and 1996.
