Donna Desper, MBA, currently serves as the Sourcing Commodity Lead at Citizens since September 2017, bringing extensive procurement experience from roles such as Procurement Specialist at ASK Staffing, Inc. for Citizens Bank and Senior Buyer for EMCOR Facilities Services. Prior to these positions, significant contributions were made at CVS Health, where Donna held multiple roles within Strategic Procurement, including Senior Consultant for Supplier Diversity and Corporate Supply Buyer, among others. Donna earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012.
