Jay Murgi

Jay Murgi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in relationship management and customer service. Currently serving as AVP/Relationship Manager at Citizens since September 2024, Jay has a robust background in the financial services industry, having previously worked as a Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President at Enterprise Financial Services Group, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2024. Jay also possesses diverse experience in the hospitality and education sectors, having worked as a bartender at Redfin Blues, a substitute teacher in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and held various management roles in the food service industry, including General Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Jay holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2010.
