Prior to this, Joel held the position of Vice President in Middle Market/Commercial Banking at Regions Bank from December 2020 to March 2022 and worked at Wells Fargo as a Vice President-Commercial Relationship Manager from April 2018 to December 2020, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Earlier experience includes serving as an AVP, Business Banking Officer at U.S. Bank, where Joel led business banking initiatives in the Chicagoland market. Joel completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Saint Xavier University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Economics from The University of Kansas.
