Jon Allan

Jon Allan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Experience Owner for Compute Experience at Citizens since December 2021, Jon previously held the role of Infrastructure Suite Manager and Senior Vice President at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. from April 2006 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing Datacenter Services and overseeing a team dedicated to Hosting services for various architectures. Jon also worked as a Principal Consultant at BT Global Services from April 2004 to April 2008. Educated at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the class of 1994.
