Julie Lazarus

Julie Lazarus is an accomplished design thinking strategist with extensive experience in customer experience and education. Currently serving as the Director at FintechCitizens since May 2021, Julie leads cross-functional teams to apply human-centered design principles and drive innovation. As an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University from August 2022 to February 2024, Julie instructed on Information Architecture and UX Research, equipping students with critical skills. Previous roles include Customer Experience Lead at Lincoln Financial Group, where Julie implemented processes that generated substantial savings and revenue growth, and co-owner of Elezar Accessories, where brand identity and growth were developed. Education includes attendance at Thomas Jefferson University and Cincinnati Country Day.
