Julie Lazarus

Julie Lazarus is an experienced design thinking strategist and leader with a strong background in customer experience and education. Currently serving as the Director and Design Thinking Strategist at Citizens since May 2021, Julie facilitates cross-functional teams in applying human-centered design to address business challenges. Julie has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University, teaching Information Architecture and UX Research. Previously, Julie held a Customer Experience Lead position at Lincoln Financial Group, where significant cost savings and revenue growth were achieved through innovative CX processes. As Co-Owner of Elezar Accessories, Julie played a crucial role in brand development, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels. Julie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Syracuse University.
