Katherine MacDonald

Katherine (Kate) MacDonald brings a wealth of experience in customer success and solution consulting, currently serving as VP and Head of Platform and Solutioning for Citizens Pay, after holding the position of Sales Engineering Manager at the same company. Prior to their time at Citizens, Kate was the East Region Director of Customer Success at Alation, and previously held roles at Domo, Inc., including Director of Customer Success and Director of North America Enterprise Solution Consultants. Additionally, at Duck Creek Technologies, Kate served as Director of Solutions Consulting for National Accounts. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and a high school diploma with a focus on STEM from The Taft School.
