Leslie Bembridge

Leslie Bembridge has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Product & Delivery for Citizens Pay since October 2005. In this role, Leslie oversees product and technology enhancements, focusing on customer experience and compliance. Previous positions at Citizens Pay include leading program management, managing strategic accounts, and handling digital sales, contributing to various customer experience improvements and product strategies. Prior to Citizens Pay, Leslie held roles in financial aid at Southern New Hampshire University and Rivier College. Leslie holds a Master's Certificate in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from Rivier University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University.
