Lisa Bousquet

Lisa Bousquet is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and institutional advancement. Since February 2013, Lisa has served as Executive Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner at Citizens Bank, where responsibilities have included driving a people agenda for consumer banking and advising executive leadership across multiple departments. Prior roles at Citizens Bank included Senior Vice President positions in areas such as Talent Management and Development Partner, focusing on talent strategy and organizational performance. Prior to Lisa's tenure at Citizens Bank, valuable experience was gained at Providence College, overseeing institutional advancement and marketing efforts, along with roles at the Rhode Island Zoological Society. Lisa holds a BS and BA in Biology and Chemistry from Providence College.
