Owen Hart

Owen Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Strategy & Innovation at Citizens since June 2019, Owen leads expansion efforts in South Florida and the San Francisco Bay Area, collaborates across departments for site feasibility and lease negotiations, and oversees capital projects for a diverse portfolio. Previously, Owen held roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Involvio, where leadership included overseeing a SaaS product development team and managing global operations, as well as multiple positions at Henkels & McCoy and PECO Energy. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University and an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
