Tracy Bergland has a strong background in banking and business development. Tracy has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2005 at Sterling State Bank as a Business Development professional. Tracy then worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Specialist before joining Associated Bank as a Business Banker. Tracy then moved to TCI Business Capital as the VP of Business Development before transitioning to State Bank of Belle Plaine as a Commercial Loan Officer. Tracy then joined First National Bank Minnesota as an AVP Business Banker, where they worked for eight years. Currently, Tracy is serving as the Vice President Business Banker at Citizens Independent Bank.
Tracy Bergland received an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from North Dakota State College of Science. Additionally, Tracy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota School of Business. Tracy's education history includes attending North Dakota State College of Science from 1995-1997 and Minnesota School of Business from 2005-2010.
