Tracy Bergland has a strong background in banking and business development. Tracy has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2005 at Sterling State Bank as a Business Development professional. Tracy then worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Specialist before joining Associated Bank as a Business Banker. Tracy then moved to TCI Business Capital as the VP of Business Development before transitioning to State Bank of Belle Plaine as a Commercial Loan Officer. Tracy then joined First National Bank Minnesota as an AVP Business Banker, where they worked for eight years. Currently, Tracy is serving as the Vice President Business Banker at Citizens Independent Bank.
