Bonnie Thomas

Bonnie Thomas has over three decades of experience in medical social work and care coordination. Since July 2004, Bonnie has served as a Medical Social Worker and Care Coordinator at Citizens Memorial Healthcare, contributing to the well-being of patients through comprehensive care management. Prior to this role, Bonnie worked at CoxHealth from 1982 to 2003 as a Medical Social Worker in Case Management, where significant expertise in navigating healthcare systems and supporting patient needs was developed.
