Lynne Ruffner

Lynne Ruffner serves as the VP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager II at Citizens & Northern Bank since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lynne held the position of VP/Northern Tier Retail Sales Manager at Juniata Valley Bank from March 2017 to September 2022.
