Robert Bradfield

Robert Bradfield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert started their career at Bank of Lancaster County in 1989, where they worked as a Mortgage Originator and Assistant Branch Manager for a decade. In 1999, they transitioned to Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Rep, where they excelled in various disease state markets while educating and communicating the benefits of the company's products to physicians and staff. In 2012, Bradfield joined Union Community Bank as a Vice-President Business Banker and remained in that role until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager at Citizens & Northern Bank, starting in 2021. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in financial services, pharmaceutical sales, and relationship management.

After completing high school, they enrolled at Millersville University from 1985 to 1989. During their time at Millersville University, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
