Thomas Howley

Thomas Howley's work experience begins with their role as an Intern at Ameriprise Financial Services in 2008. Thomas then worked as an Intern at CIGNA Group Insurance in 2009, where they analyzed potential clients and facilitated the Enterprise Qualification Process. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Logistics Coordinator at BDP International, coordinating export trafficking functions for Dow Chemical/Rohm and Haas.

In 2011, Thomas joined The Provident Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst. Thomas worked there until 2015 when they moved to Covenant Bank PA. At Covenant Bank PA, they held multiple roles including Senior Analyst, Banking Officer from 2015 to 2016, Assistant Vice President & Credit Manager from 2017 to 2019, and AVP, Commercial Lender from 2019 to 2020.

Since 2020, Thomas has been working at Citizens & Northern Bank. Thomas started as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, AVP, and was promoted to Commercial Lending Relationship Manager II, VP. In this role, they specialize in small business and investment real estate lending in the Greater Philadelphia region, providing various lending solutions ranging from lines of credit to construction loans.

Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in commercial lending and credit analysis. Thomas has a strong understanding of the banking industry and has held leadership positions, such as President of the Saint Joseph's University Honors Program Student Council. Thomas has also gained experience in financial analysis and customer service during their internship roles.

Thomas Howley attended Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. During their time at the university, they also pursued studies in Italian, earning a separate degree in Finance with a field of study in Italian. In 2009, Thomas briefly attended the American University of Rome, although no degree or field of study is specified for this particular period.
