Ashley Dearcop Shaw is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership. Currently serving as the Math Instructional Lead Team Administrator and Interim Principal at Citizens of the World Los Angeles since September 2019, Ashley also holds the role of Assistant Principal at Citizens of the World Charter Schools. Previous positions include Head Teacher at Turning Point School and various roles at High Point Academy, including Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Innovation Specialist. Ashley began a teaching career at Fulton County Schools, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Education and History from Canisius University and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Kennesaw State University.
