Citizens of the World Charter Schools
Daniela Perez-Acosta is an experienced community coordinator currently employed at Citizens of the World Charter Schools since July 2019. Prior roles include serving as a culture coordinator and expanded learning assistant site coordinator at Equitas Academy Charter Schools, where responsibilities involved managing a 240-student after-school program. Daniela also worked as a research assistant at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, managing visitor data, and as a tutor and after-school staff member at L.I.F.E. Is For Everyone, Inc., providing educational support to elementary and middle school students. Additional experience includes a service learning student leader role at California State University, Monterey Bay, and serving as an impact leader at Boys and Girls Club Monterey County. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Behavior Science with a focus on Anthropology from California State University, Monterey Bay, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in School Psychology at the University of La Verne.
