Julia Rogatcheva

Julia Rogatcheva has extensive experience in business solutions and systems architecture, currently serving as a Sr. Enterprise Business Solutions Architect at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since March 2006. During this tenure, Julia has held various roles, including Systems Architect, Lead System Analyst, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Prior to joining Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Julia worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Sr. Consultant specializing in e-Learning Technology and Learning Management Systems from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Julia began a professional career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant from 1997 to 2002. Julia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from both the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, completing studies in 1996.
