Robert MacIas

Robert Macias, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Company since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at On Demand Solutions, LLC from August 2021 to April 2023, and as an HR Personnel Coordinator at Chapman University from August 2019 to December 2021. Earlier positions include a Maintenance Coordinator and Resident Relations Representative at Irvine Company, as well as various roles at Howard Johnson Hotel and Water Playground, The Walt Disney Company, and Knott's Berry Farm. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from California State University-Long Beach and has earned Associate degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Business & Technology from Golden West College.
