Kristy has also worked as the SVP Strategy & Insights US for McDonald's Corporation. Kristy has been instrumental in leading the turnaround of the McDonald's US business. Kristy is known for their strategic planning, customer-first approach, and analytic capabilities. Kristy has also been successful in building relationships with franchisees and developing people.

Kristy Cunningham has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Kristy also attended Needham High School.
