Michael J. Berthelot

Michael J. Berthelot is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic consulting, corporate governance, and financial management. Currently, Berthelot serves as Chief Executive Officer of Cito Capital Corporation, where expertise includes corporate governance and capital raising. In addition, Berthelot holds positions as Principal at Corporate Governance Advisors Inc., Lecturer at the University of California San Diego's Rady School of Management, and Lead Independent Director at Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and Director at Mtell and CEO of Pro-Dex Inc., among others.
