Fernando Carrera has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Fernando started working at CITROMAX SACI in 2008 as a Sub Gerente General, and later became the Director de Operaciones (COO) in 2015. Fernando also held the position of COO at Citromax Group from 2015 onwards. In addition, they have been involved in various organizations such as ACNOA, AFINOA, Federcitrus, Fundación del Tucumán, Union Industrial de Tucuman, and EEAOC, where they served in different roles including Miembro de Comisión Directiva, Miembro de Comité Técnico, Miembro Consejo Directivo, Presidente, Vicepresidente, and Director.

Fernando Carrera completed their education from 1989 to 1995, attending the Universidad Nacional de Tucuman (UNT). Fernando earned a degree in Ingeniero Agronomo and specialized in Agriculture, focusing on general agricultural studies. Additionally, during this same period, they also pursued a degree in Ingeniero Agronomo with a field of study in Management Agroindustrial at UNT.

It produces Concentrated, Cloudy Lemon Juice; Concentrated, Clarified Lemon Juice; Pasteurized Single Strength Lemon Juice; Frozen Lemon Pulp Cells; Essential Lemon Oil; Concentrated Lemon Oil; Lemon Aroma and Dried Lemon Peel. Citromax Flavors maintains a library of diverse flavors, including traditional and organic flavors that serve as finished flavors as well as starting points for new flavor development. Robust emulsion technology features batch size capabilities that range from 600 lbs to 42,000 lbs.
