Luis Pintane

Luis Pintane has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Luis began their career at FADESA S.A. in 2006, working in the finance department. In 2007, they transitioned to MARTINSA FADESA as the Responsible for Insurance, where they handled risk analysis, negotiated and contracted policies. In 2010, they joined Banco Pastor as the Head of Administration in the Real Estate area, coordinating the administration team and implementing procedures. In 2012, they moved to Banco Popular, where they held the role of Director of Administration in Aliseda, the Bank's Real Estate division, managing a team of 70 people and overseeing asset management processes. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Aliseda Inmobiliaria, initially as the Director of Administration and later as the Director of Asset Management. In these positions, they led a team of 110 people and was responsible for the entire asset management process, from admission to sale. Finally, since 2016, Luis has been with Servihabitat, initially as the Director of Legal Sanitation and later as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing operations and optimizing processes.

Luis Pintane has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2003, they attended Universidade da Coruña and obtained a degree in CC. Económicas y Empresariales, specializing in economics. Following this, in 2007, they enrolled in the same university for a Master's in Administración Financiera y Tributaria.

In 2009 to 2010, Luis pursued further education at both CUNEF and IEB. At CUNEF, they completed a Programa Ejecutivo en Dirección Financiera, focusing on finance. Meanwhile, at IEB, they underwent a Programa especialización en banca privada y asesoramiento financiero, specializing in banking and financial services.

In 2011, Luis expanded their knowledge by attending INESEM Business School for a Máster de Administración de Fincas y Gestión Inmobiliaria, with a concentration in real estate management.

In 2018, Luis briefly attended IESE Business School for a Programa de Desarrollo Directivo, PDD, which lacked a specified field of study.

Recently, in 2021, Luis enrolled in La Salle BCN for a Programa Superior en Facility Management, focusing on real estate and property management.
