Logistics and Transportation

The Logistics and Transportation team at Citronex is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations for importing and distributing bananas, as well as handling the transportation needs for other business units such as fuel discount stations, truck washes, hotels, and supermarkets. Their duties include coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the quality of perishable goods, optimizing transport routes, and managing a fleet of nearly 300 transport vehicles.
