Luciane MacIel

Luciane Maciel currently serves as Diretora de FP&A e TI at Citrosuco since January 2024, following a tenure at Lavoro Agro from January 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing FP&A, Business Intelligence (BI), and Treasury. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Delly's Food Service, Ferrero, Unilever, and various leadership positions in planning and procurement within the consumer goods and food service sectors. Luciane holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista, bringing over two decades of experience in financial planning, operational efficiency, and supply chain management to every role.
