Chris Hasvold

Chris Hasvold is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the industry. Since May 1993, Chris has served as Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker Village Properties, leading the firm to prominence as the most successful real estate company in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area, closing over 7,000 transactions. In addition to this role, Chris holds positions as Owner/Broker of Village Property Management, Inc. and Village Escrow Services, Inc., and has been actively involved with the California Regional MLS as Board Chair since January 2022.
