Jodi started as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and VP of Operations/Value Added Services at Pioneer-Standard Electronics, Industrial Electronics Division. In 2006, they moved to NTI, LLC as the Customer Success & Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined TTI, Inc. / Transportation Business Unit (NTI was purchased by TTI) as the Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2011, they worked as the Account & Project Manager at The Search Guru. In 2014, they were the Manager, Operations & Customer Success at Clara Labs (YC) established a human-in-the-loop platform to schedule meetings. In 2019, they joined Aesthetic (formerly Plato Design) (YC) make start-ups more valuable through as the Creative Operations Manager & Project Manager. Since 2020, they have been the Director of Customer Success at Citruslabs (formerly MindMate) and a Member at Gain Grow Retain.
Jodi Nicolli attended Kent State University from 1985 to 1987, studying Business Management & Marketing. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a WorkplaceLess Certificate of Completion in March 2020 and a J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You certification from LinkedIn in August 2019.
