Director of Customer Success at Citruslabs

Jodi Nicolli has worked in the corporate world since 1999. Jodi started as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and VP of Operations/Value Added Services at Pioneer-Standard Electronics, Industrial Electronics Division. In 2006, they moved to NTI, LLC as the Customer Success & Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined TTI, Inc. / Transportation Business Unit (NTI was purchased by TTI) as the Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2011, they worked as the Account & Project Manager at The Search Guru. In 2014, they were the Manager, Operations & Customer Success at Clara Labs (YC) established a human-in-the-loop platform to schedule meetings. In 2019, they joined Aesthetic (formerly Plato Design) (YC) make start-ups more valuable through as the Creative Operations Manager & Project Manager. Since 2020, they have been the Director of Customer Success at Citruslabs (formerly MindMate) and a Member at Gain Grow Retain.

Jodi Nicolli attended Kent State University from 1985 to 1987, studying Business Management & Marketing. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a WorkplaceLess Certificate of Completion in March 2020 and a J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You certification from LinkedIn in August 2019.
