Rachel Porter

Rachel Porter is an experienced EMT-B currently working with City Ambulance Service since September 2018 and Robertson County EMS since March 2017. Rachel's background includes a role as a Patient Care Technician at CHI St. Joseph Health and previous positions at VENTURA EMS and ProScribe, where responsibilities included training medical scribes and ensuring quality assurance. Rachel also served as the Bear Mascot Program Head Trainer at Baylor University, overseeing the care of North American Black bears, and held the position of Baylor Line Chairman, managing various student engagement activities. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University and has completed EMT-B certification courses, with ongoing studies at The University of Texas at Arlington.
