Drew Halpern

Drew Halpern, MPA, currently serves as the Energy Project Manager for the City and County of Denver since January 2022. Drew has a robust background in energy management and project execution, having previously held roles such as Operations Manager at EnergyLink, where responsibilities included managing project management teams in a solar energy setting. Prior to that, Drew served as Project Manager and Unit Leader for the Energy and Water Conservation team at Mile High Youth Corps, overseeing project implementation and contract management. Additional experience includes supervisory and technical roles at Pure Technologies and BESST, Inc., focusing on water infrastructure and contamination solutions. Drew holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
