Jamila N. Bryant

Jamila N. Bryant serves as the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Administrator for the City and County of Denver's Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, where efforts focus on normalizing equity conversations, providing equity-centered assistance, and implementing programmatic activities. As the Founder of Push FORWARD Development Ltd., Jamila specializes in events centered on financial literacy and professional development for the LGBTQ+ community. Additional roles include being a Speaker & Trainer with The John Maxwell Team and serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and First Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve. Jamila has past experience as a Local Initiatives Project Specialist with Nourish Colorado, where responsibilities included community outreach and policy research, as well as mentoring student veterans at Colorado State University as a PAVE Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Colorado School of Public Health, certification as a Leadership & Personal Development Coach from the John Maxwell Team, and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lander University.
